October 11, 2014

It is time for another workshop and it was fun as always!! The creativity that goes on in this group is awesome!!

Vicky was showing off a crocheted baby blanket that she finished.

Vicky was working on bowl made with clothesline and yarn.

Judy was working on her hexagons. Love the colors!

Looking good as it goes together.
This is the quilt that Judy is making. It is called Garden Party and can be found in Fons & Porter July/August 2008.

Andrea was working on her border for the Round Robin she was participating in as part of the Stitchin' Time Quilt Club.

This is the Round Robin that I completed for our Stitchin' Time Quilt Club.
Terry created this large 70" Speedy Spiral tree skirt from a class she took. The pattern is in Platinum Edition Quilts Without Corners by Cheryl Phillips.

This workshop finds me hand sewing binding on another quilt. This is the slowest part of quilting for me, but I love how it looks when it is all sewn down. I have a whole stack of quilts waiting for the final sewing of the binding.

See you again next month!

Your fellow Scrappy Stitcher,

Theresa
